We are over at 92/3 Marthahalli, but our address is a bit of a mouthful because it mentions Varasia Road in Vadodara as well. We are located near Subba Reddy Farms. It’s an interesting spot because you have the busy Marthahalli vibe on one side and then the more open farm areas nearby. Shreya Realtors has been working in real estate here for a long time. Our office is just a plain room where we keep our listings and meet with clients. We spend a lot of time driving around looking at properties or meeting people at different sites. The roads can be dusty and the sun is often hot, but we’re out there every day. We don't use any high-pressure tactics; we just show people what’s available and let them decide. It's a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. Some days we don't have any visitors, and other days it feels like the phone won't stop ringing. We know the local landowners and the developers around here quite well. It’s a small world once you’ve been in it for a few years. We just try to stay honest about what we know and what we don't. The area around Subba Reddy Farms is changing fast, with new buildings going up all the time. We’re just here in the middle of it, trying to keep up. It keeps us on our toes and no two days are ever really the same around this neighborhood.
