Our office is in Jayanagar, specifically on the 39th Cross of the 22nd Main. If you know this part of Bangalore, you know it is a lovely area with a lot of greenery and quiet streets, though the main roads get quite packed. We are in a building numbered 931. It is a comfortable place where we spend our hours looking at property listings and talking to people who want to move into the neighborhood. Jayanagar has a very specific feel to it and we try to respect that in how we work. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. Ours is more of a local spot where you can just walk in and have a chat about what you are looking for. We spend a lot of time checking out new apartments or old houses that are coming up for sale. The 22nd Main is always busy with traffic, but once you step inside, it is a bit more relaxed. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We handle a lot of the local paperwork which can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it is part of the job. Most of the people who come to us are looking for a home for their family or maybe a small office space nearby. We just try to be helpful and give them the facts.
