I’ve been running this agency from Mahalakshmi Layout for quite some time now. We are at number 607 on the 2nd Cross. Real estate around here changes fast, and we try to keep up with who is selling or renting. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls, just a desk and some chairs where we talk to neighbors. People come by when they need a new place to stay or if they have a site they want to move. We know the 2nd Cross area pretty well because we spend all day here. Most of our work is just talking to folks and seeing what they need. Sometimes it’s a small house, other times it’s something bigger. Dealing with paperwork can be a headache, but we do it anyway. It’s what we do. Mahalakshmi Layout is a nice spot, and we like being based here. We don't use big words or try to act like we own the whole city. We are just an estate agency helping out where we can. If you walk past the 2nd Cross, you’ll probably see us. There is always coffee going and someone complaining about the traffic. That’s just life here. We handle the local listings and try to make sure things go okay for the buyer and the seller. It’s basic work but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday and we have been at it for years.
