We operate Shree Manjunatha Real Estate & Civl from our office at 1264/30 in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. We are specifically located on G G Road in the Amar Nagar section. It’s a bit of a walk from the main bus stops, but it’s a solid neighborhood to be in. We handle a mix of things here, mostly involving local property sales and small civil works like renovations or small builds. You’ll often find us looking over blueprints or talking to contractors about ongoing jobs in the area. The office itself is quite basic, with some old furniture and maps of the local area pinned to the walls for reference. We’ve been part of this community for a long time, so we know which plots are good and which ones might have issues. It’s not a high-pressure environment; we prefer to take our time and make sure things are done right for everyone. G G Road can get quite congested with parked vehicles and trucks, but our door is always open for anyone who wants to talk about a project. We don’t use any fancy software or big marketing teams to get things done. We just rely on what we know and the people we’ve worked with over the years. Some days we are out on-site more than we are in the office, especially when a building project is at a critical stage. We just take things as they come and try to be helpful.
