We are located in the M T K Building on the Marathahalli Ring Road, right next to the Krishna Vaibhav hotel. It’s a busy spot with lots of people passing by all day. Our office at 97/3 is where we handle all our real estate and land development work. It’s not a shiny, high-end agency with people in suits. We are just a local team that knows the land around here pretty well. We spend a lot of our time out in the field, looking at plots or meeting with folks who want to sell their property. When we are in the office, we’re usually buried in paperwork or talking on our mobile phones. It’s a lot of back and forth, trying to get things lined up. The office is a bit cluttered with maps and files, but we know where everything is. We’ve been around Marathahalli for quite a while, so we’ve seen how much the area has changed. We don't promise anyone the moon, we just show what is available and help with the legal side of things. It’s a tough business sometimes because prices keep changing, but we just keep at it. If you’re in the building, you can just walk in and have a seat. We’ll talk about what you’re looking for and see if we can help. No big presentations, just a normal conversation about land and houses. We've been at this for several years now.
