We’ve got our office located at 167 in Banashankari 3rd Stage. It’s specifically in the 4th Block, 3rd Phase, on the 4th Cross. If you know South Bangalore, you know this is a busy residential hub with lots of trees and small shops. We’ve been working as consultants in this area for a long time, and we mostly deal with the houses and plots around here. The office is part of a regular building on the cross road. It’s not very big, but we managed to fit in all the files and a couple of computers. We usually start the day with a lot of phone calls to owners and other agents. Banashankari is a huge area, so we spend a lot of time on our scooters going from one block to another. The traffic can be tough, but we know the shortcuts by now. We don't really have a set routine. Some days are just spent sitting in the office going through legal documents and property papers. Other days we are out the whole time. We like the neighborhood because it still feels like old Bangalore in some parts. We have a small corner where we keep the water filter and a jar of biscuits for when things get busy. It’s just us doing the best we can to keep track of all the local real estate. There’s always someone looking for a house near the temple or the park.
