Our real estate office is located along the Banashankari Sarkhej Gandhinagar Highway, specifically on Thaltej Road. It is a very fast-moving area with a lot of construction and new buildings going up every month. We basically help people buy or sell property around this part of the city. It is a small operation, mostly just a few of us who know the local roads and the different plots of land really well. We spend a lot of our time driving around showing houses or pieces of land to people who are looking to move. The office is a simple place where we keep our maps and all the property listings. It can get a bit dusty with all the road work and construction happening outside, but we do not mind that. We try to be honest with folks about what a piece of land is actually worth. There is no big corporate talk here, just plain conversation about prices and where the new roads are going. Most of our clients are locals who have lived here for years, or people moving in from other places for work. We have seen Thaltej Road change from empty fields to a busy highway over the years. It has been interesting to watch. We do not have a website with fancy edited photos; we prefer to just meet people in person and show them the actual sites. It is a lot of walking and talking, but that is how it works.
