Our facility is located at Sy No. 141 in Kallabalu Village, which is part of Jigani Hobli in Anekal Taluk. It’s quite a way out from the main city center, so the air is a bit fresher and there’s more space around us. We have a large yard where we handle the export goods. It’s not a polished corporate office. You’ll see plenty of dirt on the ground and workers moving crates around. Most of the people working here come from the nearby villages. We don't have a big human resources department; we just know everyone's name and say hello in the morning. The office part is just a small block with some basic computers and a lot of ledgers. We spend a lot of time checking the weather and the transport schedules because being out here means we have to plan carefully. Sometimes a cow or two wanders near the gate, which you wouldn't see in a city office. We work long hours, especially when we have big shipments going out. We don't have a fancy canteen, so we all bring our own lunch boxes and eat together under the shade when we can. It’s a simple way of living and working. We focus on getting the products packed and sent off. It’s a lot of physical work and we are okay with that. The commute is long, but being out in the open is worth it.
