We are located at 952/A near Shivananda Circle. If you know where the Sundar Mahal Kalyana Mantapa is, we are just a short walk from there. Our office is a small place where we keep all our files and property maps. Dealing with real estate means we spend a lot of time out of the office looking at plots or houses. When we are here, we are usually sitting at the desks going over paperwork or talking to people about what’s available in the area. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of walking. We don't have a big flashy sign or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people just walking in because they saw our name while passing the circle. The office has a few old chairs and a table where we spread out the blueprints or site plans. It’s a bit cluttered with folders, but we know where everything is. Sometimes a deal takes forever because of the paperwork, and we just have to be patient. We know this neighborhood well since we’ve been here for years. It’s just a basic local business. We don't try to make it sound more important than it is. We just help people find a place or sell a piece of land they don't need anymore. We spend our afternoons tracking down documents and making sure the titles are clear for everyone.
