Shiva Rent A Cab

Shiva Rent A Cab is over at 25 Kodihalli in Rajiv Gandhi Nagar. We are on the ground floor of the Oxford Tower. It’s directly opposite the Leela Palace Hotel, which is a huge landmark around here. Having the hotel right there makes it very easy to give directions to people. Our office is pretty simple since most of our work involves being out with the cars or on the phone. We have a small desk for the dispatcher and a couple of chairs for drivers to sit in while they wait for their next trip. The Oxford Tower is a decent building, though the ground floor can get a bit dusty from the street. We’re always keeping an eye on the traffic levels outside. It’s a fast-paced business. We’re constantly checking schedules and making sure the cars are where they need to be. We don't have a fancy lounge for customers. It’s more of a functional hub for our operations. Most of us have been working together for years, so we’re like a small family. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. The area around Kodihalli is always busy, especially with the hotel guests coming and going. We just do our best to keep the cars running and the customers happy without making a big deal out of it. It’s a basic, honest business. We try to keep the drivers happy and the schedules on time. It is a long day sometimes but we like it.
