Shirish Real Estate is located in Sangeeth Apartments, specifically in B-507 on the 4th floor. The building is at 161/1 in Malleshwaram, which is a really familiar area for us. Shivaji Nagar is also close by. We end up dealing with properties across both these parts of town quite often. Our office is basically a converted apartment space. This makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass office buildings downtown. We have a lot of files and maps spread out on the desks because there is always some paperwork to sort through for a rental or a sale. People come by to talk about where they want to live or what kind of shop space they are looking for. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking around the neighborhood to check on different buildings. It’s a lot of back and forth between the office and the actual sites. Climbing up to the 4th floor is just part of our daily routine now. Malleshwaram has its own vibe. We like being right here in the middle of it. We don't have a big reception area or fancy coffee machines. There are just some chairs and a table where we can sit down and look at floor plans together. It is a straightforward way to run things, and it works for the people who come to see us for help with their housing needs.
