Shir Shivashankar Real Estate Agency has been around this neighborhood long enough to know almost every building and empty plot. We don't use big fancy billboards. Most of our work happens right here at this small desk with a landline phone and a big notebook where we write down names and numbers. Real estate in Nandini Layout is always changing, with people moving in and out all the time. We spend a lot of our day walking around the streets, checking on properties and talking to owners. It’s a lot of legwork, but it’s the only way to really know what’s going on. We don’t try to push people into things they don’t want. We just show them what’s available and let them decide.
