You can find Shilpi Manufacturing Co. at 358 in the Aali Industrial Complex. We are near the Badarpur post office, right off Mathura Road. It’s a pretty busy industrial patch. We’ve been here for years, just making things as usual. The complex is full of different businesses, but we’ve got our own little corner. It’s not very modern, but it works for what we do. We handle manufacturing tasks every day. Mathura Road is always moving with trucks and cars, so it’s easy to get materials in and out. Shilpi Manufacturing Co. is run by people who just want to do a decent day’s work. We don't spend money on fancy signs or office decor. Our focus is on the machines and getting the orders out on time. The staff here are mostly locals from the Badarpur area. We’ve seen the industrial complex change quite a bit over the decades. Some neighbors have left and new ones have come in. We stay steady and keep the machines running. It’s a practical environment. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words. We just make the products and ship them out. That's the way it's always been for us. There is a lot of noise from the nearby units, but we are used to it by now. The tea we get from the vendor outside is what keeps us going through the afternoon shift. It’s honest work.
