Shika Collections

Shika Collections is situated at No. 10 Esther Street on Defence Avenue. We are right at the K. Narayanpura Cross and directly opposite that Chai 316 place. Having a tea shop across the road is actually quite nice for when we need a break. Our shop is a small one, filled with all sorts of things we have collected over time. It is not perfectly organized, and sometimes you have to look a bit to find what you want. We like it that way because it feels more like a home than a store. There’s a bit of a creak in the floorboards near the entrance. We spend our days tidying up the shelves and talking to anyone who drops by. It is mostly locals who come in. We don't have any big advertisements or fancy displays. Just some simple racks and a small desk where we keep the bills. The light comes in through the front window in the mornings and makes the place feel warm. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town. We just want to provide a few nice things for the people around here. It gets a bit dusty because of the road, so we are always wiping things down. It is a quiet life but we enjoy it. We usually keep a radio playing some soft music in the background to fill the space.
