Shibra Minerals

Shibra Minerals is located out on Nagasandra Gill Road, right in the Miller Ganj area. It is a busy place with a lot of trucks coming and going. We deal with minerals, so there is always a bit of grit underfoot and the smell of the earth around the loading docks. It’s not the kind of place you’d wear your best shoes to. I started this because I knew the industry and saw a way to make a living. We don't have any fancy brochures or a sales team. Most of our business comes from people who have been buying from us for a decade or more. They know what to expect when they drive down Gill Road. We try to keep the piles organized, but when three trucks show up at once, it gets a bit chaotic. That’s just the nature of the business. My office is a small room with a window that looks out over the yard. I spend half my time on the phone and the other half out there making sure the loads are right. It’s a noisy, dusty, busy life, but it suits me. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just provide the materials people ask for and try to keep the prices fair. Miller Ganj is a tough place to work, but we like it.
