Shelters A Citibank Associate

Shelters is situated at 220 Indira Nagar on Magadi Road, right on the third floor. If you look across the street, you’ll see the RTO, so there is always a lot of movement and people standing around outside. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of a view of the chaos on Magadi Road, but it also means a lot of stairs if you aren't feeling like waiting for the lift. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and some files everywhere. We deal with people coming in and out all day, especially with the RTO being so close. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the front of the building. We’ve been in this Indira Nagar spot for a while now. The noise from the traffic downstairs is constant, you just get used to the horns and the buses after a week or two. We are an associate for Citibank, so there is always paperwork to sort through and phone calls to take. It is a busy environment but we keep things moving along. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out or use the backup if it’s working right. It’s a straightforward place to work. We aren't looking to impress anyone with the decor, we just focus on the tasks at hand. Magadi Road is a tough place to park, so we usually tell people to find a spot early or take the bus.
