Shashank Real Estate is tucked away at number 82 in HSR Layout. We are near the Hathi Nagar Bus Stand and not too far from the J P Road Police Station in Diwalipura. It’s a bit of a specific spot to find if you aren't from around here. The area is usually busy with people waiting for buses or going about their business. Our office is a simple one. We have a few desks and some cupboards full of old files. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. It’s more about having a place to sit and talk. We deal with people looking for places in HSR and the surrounding spots. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing things down in ledgers. Sometimes the rain makes the road outside a bit muddy, but we just keep the floor swept and carry on. We know the local shopkeepers and the folks at the bus stand. It feels like a small community even though it's a big city. We aren't a corporate giant. We are just a few people working out of a small building. We like the pace of HSR Layout. It has everything you need within walking distance. We open up in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. It’s just how we do things here. No big promises, just daily work. We are usually here if you need to discuss something about the local area. The tea shop next door makes a really strong coffee that keeps us going.
