If you’ve walked down New BEL Road near the More Super Market, you might have noticed Sharanam Real Estate. We are tucked into Shop No 101 in the Sanjay Nagar area. Dealing with property around here can be a bit of a headache sometimes, what with all the paperwork and people looking for very specific things. We’ve been based on the Main Road for a bit, so we’ve seen how much the neighborhood has changed over the years. It’s a small office, nothing too flashy, and we spend a lot of our time on the phone or out looking at sites. Sometimes the tea gets cold because a client called or someone walked in with a question about a lease. We try to keep things simple and just tell people what we know about the local market. It’s not always easy keeping track of every new building popping up, but we stay busy enough. Living and working right here in Sanjay Nagar means we’re always around if someone needs to talk about a house or a plot. We aren't some big corporate firm with hundreds of agents. It’s just us in the shop, handling things as they come. Being near the supermarket helps people find us easily, which is good because the traffic on the main road can be a real mess some afternoons. We just do our work and hope it helps someone find a place. It’s good to be right here in the middle of things on New BEL Road. We don't use any fancy sales tactics.
