We are based out of the HAL 2nd Stage area, right in State Bank Colony. Our office is on Upper Indira Nagar Road in Bibvewadi, Pune. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but we are right behind New Horizon. We spend a lot of our time looking at papers and walking around different plots of land. Being a realtor means you are always on your feet or stuck in a car going between sites. Our office isn't anything special, just a place with some desks and chairs where we can sit down and talk to people. We know the Pune streets pretty well by now, especially around Bibvewadi. We’ve seen houses go up and old buildings come down over the years. We don't have a big marketing team or fancy brochures. It’s mostly just us talking to neighbors and keeping track of who is moving where. Sometimes we are out in the sun all day showing properties, and other times we are just here filing paperwork. It’s a lot of local knowledge and knowing which roads get flooded or where the traffic is worst. We just do our best to keep things straight for the people who come to see us. It’s a practical business and we’ve been at this 3484 spot for a long time. We know the people around State Bank Colony and they know us.
