We are located at 3D Gheekanta Road, inside the Daffodils Regency building. Working in real estate means we are usually on the phone or out looking at properties, but this is where we keep our base. Shahi Realtors isn't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a small team trying to keep up with everything. The Daffodils Regency is a well-known spot, so it's not too hard for people to visit us. Inside, we have a few desks and some filing cabinets that are getting quite full. The walls have some maps of the local areas pinned up for quick reference. Gheekanta Road is always buzzing with activity, and finding parking can be a real headache some days. We usually have the windows shut to keep the noise and dust out, but you can still feel the energy of the street. Most of our day is spent talking to people about where they want to live or work. It’s a lot of paperwork and back-and-forth conversations. We don’t really use any complicated software, just a lot of notebooks and a simple computer setup. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the shop downstairs when clients come by. It’s a humble setup, but it’s our home during the working hours. We’ve been in this building for quite a while and know the security guards and other tenants pretty well by now.
