Shabarish Real Estate

We have been here at number 48 on Magadi Main Road for a while now. It is a busy spot, especially being so close to Brigade Millennium. Shabarish Real Estate is just a small setup really. Most days involve sitting at the desk, taking calls about plots or rentals, and then heading out to show someone a place. The traffic around JP Nagar can be a bit much in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. My desk is usually covered in old maps and some files that need sorting. People walk in asking about prices or just to see what is available in the neighborhood. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It is just a couple of chairs and a table where we talk. Sometimes it gets quiet, and other times three people show up at once wanting to see different houses. We try to keep things simple and just tell people what we know about the land around here. It is a lot of walking and talking, honestly. If you are near the main road, you can probably see our sign. We keep our doors open most of the day unless we are all out on a site visit somewhere nearby. It is just the way things go in this business. Nothing too complicated, just helping neighbors find a roof or a bit of ground to call their own.
