We are up on the third floor of Empire Towers, which is at number 53. It’s located on the Railway Parallel road in Kumara Park West. Sgr Minerals & Metals Pvt Ltd. is the name on our door. We deal with minerals and metals. It’s more of a trading and management office here. We spend our days on the phone or looking at documents related to shipments and prices. Being near the railway line, we hear the trains go by quite often. It’s a decent office, but we aren't trying to impress anyone with expensive furniture. We’ve been operating out of this building for a few years. Kumara Park West is a nice area, relatively central for what we do. We are a private company, but it’s just a small group of us running things. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a PR team. We just focus on the logistics of moving metals and minerals from one place to another. Sometimes things get complicated with transport or market changes, but we just take it one day at a time. It’s a lot of paperwork and tracking numbers. We stay busy enough that the days go by fast. Most people we work with have known us for a long time. We just try to keep things moving smoothly without too much fuss. The office is a bit small, but it has everything we need to get the work done. The view of the railway isn't much, but it reminds us of the trade we are in.
