Sgl City Cabs

Our office is over in the Gaya Building, which is on the 9th Main Road in Babusabpalya. It’s right off Hennur Main Road. Sgl City Cabs is where we manage our fleet and handle bookings. It’s a small room with a couple of phones that never seem to stop ringing. We spend most of our time talking to drivers and making sure they know where they’re going. The traffic in Hennur can be a nightmare, so we’re always checking the time and looking at the clock. It’s a simple setup—just some desks, a few chairs, and a big map on the wall. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles here. We’re just regular people trying to keep the cars moving. Sometimes drivers drop by for a break or to settle their accounts for the day. There’s usually a bit of tea being shared around when things aren't too frantic. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We stay open late because people always need rides, even in the middle of the night. It isn’t a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. If you walk into the Gaya Building, you’ll find us easily enough. We just try to get the bookings right and keep things running as smoothly as the roads allow. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when it rains, but we manage to get through it.
