Setwin Engineers

Setwin Engineers has its workshop at No.23, Ist Main, 7th Cross in Jalahalli. It is a pretty straightforward engineering shop. We don’t have any fancy displays or a reception area. When you walk in, you are right there on the shop floor with the machines. It is usually quite oily and there is a constant hum from the equipment. We do a lot of repair work and small-scale manufacturing. Jalahalli is a decent area with a lot of small industries like ours, so we feel right at home. The crew here is small, just a few of us who have been working with metal for most of our lives. We don't use any high-tech automation; it’s mostly manual work that requires a steady hand and some patience. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because a machine breaks or a part doesn't fit quite right. We don't mind the hard work, even if it means staying late some evenings. We've been at this same spot for years now and the neighbors know us well. We don't do any big promotions or try to sound like a giant company. We are just a local engineering shop that knows how to handle a lathe. If you need something fixed or a custom part made, we usually find a way to get it done. It is honest work and it keeps the lights on. Not much more to say about it than that.
