Service Engineer

Working out of Prakash Nagar in Bangalore can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but this is where we are. My name is Kiran and I have been running this service engineer setup here for a good while. Bangalore-21 is a busy area, so there is never a shortage of things that need fixing. I spend a lot of my time answering the phone and trying to explain to people why their machines aren't working the way they should. It is a lot of troubleshooting and a lot of patience. My shop isn't big, but I’ve managed to cram a lot of equipment into the space. Sometimes it feels like I am tripping over wires and spare parts, but that is just the nature of the business. I grew up interested in how things work, so doing this for a living felt natural. I don't use any fancy systems to track things, just a notebook and my memory. Most of my customers are local residents or small shop owners from around the neighborhood. They know I am here if they need me. It is a straightforward operation. I show up, I look at the problem, and I try to fix it. Some days are longer than others, especially when a repair gets complicated, but I just stay until the job is done or I can't see straight anymore.
