Service Engineer

Our base is in the Anantapur District of Andhra Pradesh. We don't have a big city address with lots of numbers, but everyone around here knows where the service engineers are. We cover a lot of ground in this district. Sometimes we are out in the fields and other times we are in the middle of town. It’s a dry area, and the dust can be hard on machinery. That keeps us pretty busy. We started out small with just a few basic tools in the back of a van. Over time, we’ve gathered more equipment and a bit more experience. We don't talk much about strategies or growth. We just focus on the task that is right in front of us. If someone has a pump that won't start or a generator that's making a weird noise, they call us. We try to get there as soon as we can, though the distances here can be quite long. We like the people in Anantapur. They are hardworking and they appreciate someone who doesn't waste their time. We keep our prices reasonable because we live here too. We understand what it's like when things go wrong and you just need them fixed. It’s a simple life, mostly spent on the road or in the workshop, and we wouldn't change it. We’ve learned that a good wrench and some patience solve most things. We just keep moving forward and doing what we can for the folks around here.
