Service Engineer

You can find us at 440/1 N. S. C. Bose Road in the Phase-3 area of Vallalar, Vellore. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. The 632009 area is quite active, and we fit right in with the other local shops. As service engineers, our day is never really predictable. One day we are fixing small motors and the next we might be looking at a larger system. We keep our workspace organized, though it gets a bit chaotic when three jobs come in at once. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't under a machine at that moment. We think that's the best way to run a local business. We handle a lot of the technical side of things for people around Tamil Nadu who need reliable help. It is hard work, often involves long hours, but we don't mind it. The heat in Vellore can be tough, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We have learned most of what we know through years of doing the work. Books are okay, but actually taking things apart is how you really learn. We are just regular people trying to provide a helpful hand to the community here. It’s a straightforward life and we are happy with it. We don't need much more than some tools and a problem to solve.
