Select Real Estate is located at 17 Vimanapura, specifically in the Sns Arcade over in Shukrawar Peth. The arcade is an older building with a lot of character and plenty of other small shops nearby. We’ve been based here for some time now. Our office isn't very large, but we have enough room for a few chairs where we can sit and talk with people about property. Shukrawar Peth is a busy market area, so there is always a lot of energy outside. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or out looking at houses and commercial spaces in Vimanapura. It’s not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of paperwork and a lot of waiting for people to make up their minds. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to push people into things they don't want. We just show what is available and let the properties speak for themselves. If a place has a leak or a bad roof, we say so. It’s better to be upfront about those things. Our office at Sns Arcade is usually open late because that's when most people are free to stop by after work. We keep some tea ready and just wait for the next person to come in. It’s a local business run by local people who know the streets and the buildings around here like the back of our hands.
