Seed Adda Cafe

Seed Adda Cafe is situated right on Banneraghatta Road, inside the Epip Zone at Campus 1B, units 185 and 186. Being in a tech zone means we see a lot of people with laptops and badges all day long. It’s a different kind of energy here compared to a residential neighborhood. We opened this place up because the area needed a spot for people to just sit for a minute. The cafe isn't very large, but we make it work. Most of our morning is spent getting the coffee machines ready and making sure the chairs are straight. We get a big rush around ten in the morning and then another one after lunch. It’s a lot of standing and moving around. I’ve lived in this city my whole life, but this part of town still feels new with all the big glass buildings. Sometimes we run out of milk or the internet goes down, and we just have to figure it out as we go. We aren't trying to be the most famous cafe in the world, just a place that's open when people need it. My sister helps with the books, and I handle the day-to-day stuff behind the counter. It’s tiring but it feels good when the day is done and we lock up. We just take it one day at a time here at the Epip Zone. It's a lot of work but it's okay for now.
