Searching

Searching is based out of M. 504 in the Housing Unit at Ellis Nagar, Madurai. This is in Tamil Nadu, and if you know this part of the country, you know it gets incredibly hot. Our office is a simple room in a larger housing block. It’s a government-style housing unit, so everything looks pretty much the same. We have been here for a bit now. The neighbors are mostly families, so it stays pretty quiet during the work day. We have a few computers and some files scattered around. It’s not a corporate park with a canteen or anything. We usually go out for lunch or bring something from home. Madurai is a city with a lot of history, but Ellis Nagar is just a practical place to live and work. We don't have a big team. It is just a few of us trying to make things work. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait around, but we get things done eventually. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up. It’s a very basic setup, but it suits us just fine. We like the local feel of the housing unit. It feels more real than a cold office building. That is where you can find us, just doing our daily thing in Madurai.
