Sct Cabs is based out of the Mutthappa Compound in Hulimavu, right off the main Bannerghatta Road. We are quite close to the Reliance Fresh and the Akshaya Nagar Main Road, so it's a landmark most people recognize. Our office is basically a small room where we coordinate the drivers and take calls. It’s always a bit chaotic with the radios and phones going off. We’ve got a small fleet and we try to keep the cars running as much as possible. Bannerghatta Road traffic is usually a mess, so we spend a lot of time checking maps and trying to find shortcuts for our passengers. We don't have any fancy apps or high-end branding. It’s just us, some logbooks, and a lot of keys hanging on the wall. Sometimes a car breaks down or a driver gets stuck in a jam, and we have to shuffle things around quickly. It’s stressful at times, but that’s the taxi business for you. We’ve been operating out of this compound for a good stretch now. It’s not a polished corporate office; there are usually a few drivers sitting around drinking tea while they wait for their next trip. We just focus on getting people from point A to point B without making it complicated. It's a busy life, but we like being right here in the heart of Hulimavu. The compound gets a bit muddy when it rains, but we've got enough space to keep the cars moving regardless.
