We are based on the 1st floor of a building in Byatarayanapura, right across from the A G Ashwathappa Building. Our place is near the Prernatirth Derasar. It’s a simple setup where we handle travel bookings and tour arrangements. We don't have a big flashy entrance, you just have to come up the stairs. We spend most of our time looking at calendars and talking to bus operators. Byatarayanapura is a decent area, but it can get quite congested during the rush hours. We help people plan their trips, whether it’s for a religious pilgrimage or just a vacation with the kids. We have stacks of old tickets and some notebooks where we keep all the details. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. We don't use any high-tech systems, just a regular phone and a pen. Most of the people who come to us are regulars who have been booking their trips with us for years. We know their names and where they like to go. Sometimes we make mistakes with the dates, but we always try to fix them quickly. It’s just a small, local business. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town, just a place where you can get your travel sorted without any fuss. We’ve been in this building for a long time and we like the community here. We always keep some spare maps for anyone who stops by.
