Our place is in the Cinema Paradise Building, specifically room 314. We’re on J.M.M. Road in Koramangala, right across from the Anjaneya Temple. It’s a very recognizable spot because of the temple and the cinema building itself. Koramangala is always packed with people and cars, so it’s never quiet around here. We’ve been working out of this office for quite some time. We handle real estate, which in this part of town means a lot of dealing with young professionals and people looking for apartments. The office at 314 is a bit of a walk up, but it gives us a good view of the street. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the Koramangala streets and lanes pretty well. Ganesh Lane is right nearby too. We spend most of our day on the phone or meeting people near the temple to show them a nearby flat. Sometimes the lift in the building is grumpy, so we take the stairs. It’s just regular daily life for us. We don't use big words or try to impress people with fancy brochures. We just show the properties we have and tell people the price and the condition. It’s a busy life in a busy building, and we like it that way. Most people find us through word of mouth since we’ve been here in the Cinema Paradise building for so long.
