Sathya Sai Real Estate

Our office is located over in Koramangala at Plot Number 229. We are tucked away in the 6th Block on 5th Cross, right near 18th Main. If you know this part of town, you know it gets quite busy with all the cars and people moving about at all hours. We’ve been operating Sathya Sai Real Estate from this spot for a good bit of time now. It’s a plain office where we keep all our listings and maps of the local area taped to the wall. Usually, the day starts with a lot of phone calls from people looking for a place to stay or a small shop to rent for their own business. Koramangala is always in demand, so we stay pretty occupied with the paperwork. We aren't a big corporation with dozens of branches; we just focus on what’s happening right here in our backyard. Sometimes we are out on the field more than we are in the office. It’s a lot of walking and talking to different owners to see what’s coming up. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone. If a place isn't good or has issues, we just say it. There’s no point in wasting anyone's time. The neighbors around 5th Cross are mostly quiet, which is a nice break from the noise. We’ve seen many businesses come and go on 18th Main over the years. We just keep doing what we do every day.
