Sarvana Tea Stall

If you are ever walking down the 100 Feet Anand Nagar Road in BTM Layout 2nd Stage, you’ll probably see Sarvana Tea Stall. We’ve been on this corner for a long time now. It’s a small place, really just enough room to boil the milk and serve the tea. Every morning starts early for us, usually before the sun is even up, so we can have everything ready for the people heading to work. We don't have fancy chairs or a menu with dozens of items. It’s just good tea, some biscuits, and maybe a few snacks if we have them ready. The steam from the pots is always going, and the smell of ginger and cardamom is usually in the air. It gets very crowded around ten in the morning and again in the evening. We know most of our regulars by sight, even if we don't always know their names. People stand around on the sidewalk, drinking their tea and catching up on the news. It’s a loud, busy spot but it’s friendly. We don't do anything special for decorations. The walls are just painted a simple color and we keep our supplies stacked in the back. We aren't a big cafe chain, just a local stall trying to serve a decent cup of tea to anyone who stops by. It’s honest work and we enjoy seeing the familiar faces every day in BTM Layout. It's just tea and talk.
