We have been working out of our office at 21/3 B S K 2nd Stage on Lohegaon Road for a while now. Most people know where we are because we are right in Dhanori 8th Block, just across from the police station road. It is a busy spot but it works for us. Buying a house or trying to find a piece of land around here can get pretty confusing with all the paperwork and different prices people quote. We mostly just sit here and help folks figure out what is available in this part of town. Sometimes it is a small apartment and other times it is a larger plot. We do not do anything fancy, just keep records and talk to the owners and the people looking to buy. The market changes all the time and we try to keep up with who is selling what. If you walk past the station, you will see our sign. It is a small place but we have a lot of files on the local area. My desk is usually covered in maps and phone numbers of people in Dhanori. It gets noisy with the traffic outside but that is just how it is on Lohegaon Road. We started this because we knew the neighborhood well and people kept asking us where to find a good rental or a plot. It is not always easy work but it keeps us busy every day from morning until the evening.
