We operate out of 192/1 Wilson Garden, specifically in the Evershine Nagar area. We are right opposite to Red Field, which is the easiest way to find us. We spend most of our days talking to people who are looking to buy or rent places in this part of the city. It involves a lot of walking around the local streets to look at different houses and apartments. Wilson Garden is an interesting mix of older family houses and some newer constructions. We keep files on who is selling what and what the market prices are looking like lately. It is a lot of back and forth between the property owners and the people looking for a new home. We don't have a fancy office with expensive leather chairs or anything like that. It is just a place to sit down, have some tea, and go over the legal papers. Sometimes we have to deal with difficult paperwork or unexpected delays at the local government offices. That is just a normal part of the real estate life here. We know the streets of Evershine Nagar very well by now. Most of our work happens on our mobile phones or while we are standing on a sidewalk showing someone a potential house.
