Santosh Real Estate Agencies is based out of Vadgaon Sheri, specifically in the Somnath Nagar area of Nandini Layout. We are quite close to the Mahalakshmi last bus stop, so it’s easy for people to find us even if they aren't from around here. Real estate can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork and searching, but we try to make it less of a mess for people. We aren't a big corporate chain with hundreds of offices. It’s just us here in the office, looking over maps and property listings. The walls are mostly covered with notices and old calendars. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out walking around the neighborhood to see what’s available. Somnath Nagar is a growing area, so things change quite a bit from month to month. We know the streets around Vadgaon Sheri pretty well by now. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting with a cup of tea, going over some documents. We don’t promise anything impossible; we just show what is there and help with the middle part of buying or renting. It's a local business through and through. We’ve seen the area grow up around the Mahalakshmi bus stop over the years. Most people come to us through word of mouth because we’ve been here for a while.
