Our office is at number 69 in Neelasandra, specifically in Jan Kalyan Nagar. It’s a modest place, just a simple room where we meet people to talk about property. We’ve been working in this area for a long time, so we know every street and most of the building owners around here. We deal with all sorts of things, from small room rentals to selling larger plots of land. Real estate can be quite a headache with all the different people involved and the paperwork that never seems to end. We spend a lot of time out of the office, walking around and showing people different houses or apartments. It’s a lot of legwork. Sometimes we show ten places and nobody wants any of them. Other days, the first person who walks in takes the first place they see. It’s unpredictable like that. We don’t use any big marketing tactics. We just put up some boards and talk to people. We try to be honest about the places we show, like if there’s a water shortage in the summer or if the neighbors have noisy dogs. We think it’s better if people know what they’re getting into. Being in Neelasandra, we see a lot of different people every day. It’s a busy neighborhood and there’s always something happening. We just keep our small office open and try to help people find a place that fits what they need.
