Samrudh Architect's & Planners

We are based in the Chikkakallasandra area of Bangalore, right near the D.G. Hospital. Our office is Af-104 in the Kshitij Carnations building, which is on 4th Cross in the Hanumagiri Layout. It's a decent spot, though finding parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache for visitors. Samrudh Architect's & Planners is really just a group of us who enjoy the technical side of planning and building. Most of our morning is taken up with coffee and going over the latest site reports. Bangalore is growing so fast that there is always something happening on the streets outside. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and various project sites across the city. The traffic usually dictates our schedule more than we would like. Inside the office, things are usually a bit cluttered with sketches and planning documents. We don't go in for much decoration; the focus is really on the work at hand. Sometimes clients come in to see the progress on their designs, and we sit around the main table to figure things out. It’s a lot of practical problem-solving. We’ve been at this Hanumagiri Layout address long enough to know the neighborhood well. It feels like home to us. We just try to do a solid job on every plan we draw up, making sure all the math works out before anyone starts digging. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with, but that is just part of the job.
