Sampath Ganesh Real Estate

Our office is in Chamrajpet, right near Uma Theatre. It’s an old part of town, and you can really feel that when you walk around here. Sampath Ganesh Real Estate has been based in this spot for quite a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot. The street is always crowded, especially when there’s a new movie playing at the theatre. We have a lot of old files stacked up in the corners, mostly because we haven’t gotten around to digitizing everything yet. People usually just walk in from the street to ask about prices or to see if any new land has come up for sale. We keep a pot of tea going most of the day because it’s the best way to sit down and talk through things with anyone who stops by. The furniture in here is pretty old, and the floor has some scuff marks, but it’s a comfortable place to work. We don't use any fancy software to track things; it’s mostly just notebooks and a lot of phone calls. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with everyone talking at once, but we manage to keep track of what’s happening. It’s a local business, and we know most of the people who live around here by name. We just try to be helpful and give honest answers when people ask us what we think about a property. It's a simple way to spend the day.
