Down on the ground floor of 260 BTM Layout 2nd Stage is where Samnani Realtors operates. We are right on the street level, which makes it easy for people to just walk in when they are passing by. BTM is a busy area with a lot of folks looking for places to stay or rent, so we stay fairly occupied. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, just us sitting here with our records and local knowledge. The office is simple with a few chairs and a table where we go over paperwork. It’s a bit cramped when more than three people are inside, but it works for us. We've been in this neighborhood long enough to know the streets pretty well. Sometimes we are out showing properties, so the office might be locked for an hour, but someone is usually back soon. We don't use any fancy software, just our notebooks and basic computers to keep track of things. It’s a very local operation. We don't try to act like a big corporation. We just want to help people find a decent roof over their heads. Most of our clients are students or young professionals who move into BTM for work. It’s a noisy part of town, but we like the energy. We’ve seen many shops come and go on this street while we stayed put. It is a humble place but we are proud of our small corner here.
