You can find Sam System & Services at 1162, on the 3rd Main and 5th Cross in Prakash Nagar. It’s a quiet enough street, though it gets busier during the commute hours when people are heading home. We’ve been set up here for some time, working out of this space to help people with their systems and various technical repairs. It’s a bit of a cluttered shop because we always have parts and tools lying around on the tables, but we know where everything is. We started this because we liked fixing things and it just turned into a full-time business over the years. Most of our customers are from right here in the neighborhood or nearby blocks. We don't do any big fancy advertising or anything like that. Usually, someone tells a friend about us and that’s how we get our work. It’s a very local feel here. We might be small, but we try to be thorough with everything we touch. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought it would, and we just have to sit with it until it’s finally done right. We don't have a big corporate structure; it’s just us doing the work every day. If you come by the shop, you’ll probably see us hunched over a workbench or talking to a neighbor at the door. Prakash Nagar is a good place for a shop like ours because people appreciate the honesty.
