Sai Solution & Realators

We are over at 834 BTM Layout 2nd Stage, right on 4th Cross and 11th Main. If you are familiar with the area, we are situated just opposite Udupi Garden Park. It is a nice spot because of all the trees, though the traffic on the main road can be quite heavy during the rush hours. At Sai Solution & Realators, we spend our time looking at properties and helping people figure out where they want to live. BTM is a popular place these days, so there is always something happening with houses or apartments. We don’t have a fancy office with a lot of glass and chrome. It’s a straightforward room where we keep our files and meet folks who are looking for a new place. Being near the park is a big plus for us because it gives us a bit of a view. We know this neighborhood pretty well since we are here every day. People come in asking about rentals or buying a small plot, and we just tell them what we know. It is not about fancy sales talk here. We just show the listings and let the places speak for themselves. The 11th Main is a busy corner, so we see a lot of people walking by. We just try to be helpful and keep the business running smoothly from this little corner of the layout. It takes a lot of work to keep the records updated.
