Sai Realators

Our office is at 526 Koramangala VI Block, right on the Arekere Main Road. We are on the first floor, so you have to go up the stairs right above the Krishna Upahara Hotel. It’s a good spot because the smell of food from downstairs is always around. We’re right across from the NDDB Quarters gate, which is a big landmark for people looking for us. Sai Realators is mostly about helping people find places or sell what they have. It’s a lot of walking around and showing houses, but the office is where we do the paperwork. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic on Arekere Main Road, but we’re used to it. The office has a few chairs for visitors and a big map on the wall. We spend a lot of our time out in the field, so the office is sometimes empty during the day. When we are here, it’s usually to finish up files or talk to clients over tea. We’ve been in Koramangala long enough to know the backstreets and the shortcuts. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a local office where we keep our files and keys. We don't use any high-tech gadgets, just some basic computers and our phones. People stop by after eating at the hotel downstairs. We just try to give them clear answers about the properties we have listed. Sometimes we have to run out suddenly to meet a landlord or check a leak in a flat.
