Sai Real Estates

We run Sai Real Estates out of Sai Agency House over in Kasturi Nagar. It’s mostly just a few of us sitting around a big table talking to people who want to buy or rent something in the neighborhood. The office is usually filled with files and old property listings that we haven't gotten around to filing away yet. We know most of the streets and buildings around here pretty well because we’ve lived in this part of town for a long time. People drop in to ask about prices or just to see if anything new has come on the market. We don't have any big brochures or professional photographers. Usually, we just walk over to the property and show it to whoever is interested. Sometimes the keys get mixed up or we have to wait for a tenant to let us in, which can be annoying. Dealing with houses and land is a lot of paperwork and waiting on phone calls from the bank or the registrar's office. It’s not always exciting, but it keeps us busy. We try to be honest about which houses have leaky roofs or noisy neighbors because we have to see these people at the market every day. It’s a small operation, but we know the local ground well.
