We are located over at 289 BTM Layout 2nd Stage, specifically in Sector-44D. Sai Real Estate & Property has been operating out of this office for a while. BTM is a busy place with lots of people moving in and out, so there’s always something to do. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out looking at different spots around the neighborhood. It’s a lot of walking and driving around. We know this area pretty well by now. We’ve seen which streets get flooded when it rains and where the best shortcuts are. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or big presentations. Usually, it's just a conversation about what's available and what someone is looking for. Dealing with property can be a bit of a headache with all the documents, so we just try to get through it one step at a time. It’s a small operation here. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the ropes. Most of the people who come to us are locals or someone who got our name from a neighbor. We like keeping it that way. It's a practical business in a practical part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work. We’ve seen the rents go up and down over the years in Sector-44D. We try to be honest about the properties, even if they have a few flaws.
