We've been doing this real estate thing here in Nagarbhavi for a good while now. Our office is tucked into the 4th Block area, right near Ambedkar Institute of Technology. It gets pretty busy around here with students and families moving in and out all the time. Most of the work involves talking to folks about plots or houses in ITI Layout and Basavanagar. Sometimes it feels like we spend half the day just sorting out papers and making sure everything is where it should be. It’s not fancy work, but people need a place to stay or buy, so we stay open. The 8th Main Road is usually noisy, but we are used to it by now. We handle a lot of the local stuff that people find too confusing to do on their own. Usually, someone just walks in from the street asking about a rental or a site for sale near the 29th Cross. We keep track of what's available around here mostly by talking to neighbors and keeping our eyes open. It’s a lot of phone calls and walking around to show people different spots. Sometimes we get a bit backed up with the paperwork, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. More shops and more traffic every day. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people figure out their housing stuff without too much trouble.
