You can find Sai Aksaya Real Estate at 28 JP Nagar, specifically in the Krishna Building over by New Irani Chawl. It’s a small office, nothing too special to look at. We spend most of our time looking at maps and talking to folks about property. The Krishna Building has been here a long time, and our office is on one of the lower floors. It’s a bit dark inside during the rainy season, but we have enough lights to see what we are doing. There’s always a lot of tea being drank here. We have neighbors in the chawl who stop by to chat. It makes the day go by faster. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just walking in or knowing someone we helped before. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and my desk is a total mess. I try to stay organized, but it’s hard when you’re out on the road half the time looking at sites. New Irani Chawl is a lively area, so there’s always something happening outside. We just do our best to help people find what they are looking for without making it too complicated. Sai Aksaya Real Estate is just a small team of us working out of JP Nagar every day. We’ve been here for years and know the street like the back of our hand.
