Our office for Sahids Real Estate is tucked away at 9, Myrtle Lane, which is off Richmond Road near the Basavanagar 16th Main area. We are also pretty close to the 35th Cross, so it is a spot that sees a lot of people moving through. We have been doing this for a long time, helping folks find a place to stay or a bit of land to call their own. The office is usually filled with the sound of the city outside and the occasional person dropping by to ask about prices. It is a simple setup we have here. We don't go in for anything flashy. Most of our day is spent making calls, checking on listings, and sometimes walking down to the cross to meet someone who is lost. This part of Richmond Road is always lively, and being on Myrtle Lane gives us a little bit of a breather from the main noise, though not much. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. It is honest work, and we just try to give people the facts about what is available. We don't make any big promises, we just show what we have on the books. If you are in the Basavanagar area, you will probably see our sign eventually. We are just local people doing our job in a busy part of town. There is always something to do with all the houses around here.
